Strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support the team by providing administrative support.
Update and maintain electronic records, coordinate with staff, and effectively handle a high call volume.
A high school diploma/GED is required, plus one year of relevant experience.
Experience in customer service is strongly preferred

Social Media Expert
Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
Encourage greater social media participation.
Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
Well-connected with other social media influencers
$40,000 USD + Analytics bonus
Account Manager
Plan, direct, or coordinate a product or service's actual distribution or movement to the customer.
Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, and training programs for sales representatives.
Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor customers' preferences.
Maintain, upsell, and acquire referrals from current clientele to grow the business revenue and further the brand image.
5+ years of business development, sales, and marketing experience.
Multilingual or Bilingual is a plus
$50,000 USD + Commission
Master Copywriter
Write advertising copy for use by publications or broadcast media to promote the sale of goods and services.
Develop written content for advertisements, books, magazines, movie and television scripts, songs, blogs, or other media types.
Excellent grammar and verbal communication skills

High School Diploma/GED or College Degree.

Digital Email + Blogger
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management.
In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical, and digital software skills. (i.e., SEO, SEM, PPC, HTML, JavaScript, WordPress, Wix site, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
2+ years of Journalism, editing, and writing experience.
A High School Diploma/GED + College Degree is a plus.
Language translation is a plus
