As global concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, PosterGirl Marketing, PR & Media is doing our best to keep our partners, members, and staff remains healthy and safe in the workplace while also minimizing the disruptions to our day-to-day operations.
Since the virus is highly contagious and there’s currently no vaccine, we all need to:
Stay home if we are sick or even if we are healthy
Refrain from visiting the workplace after travel to an infected city or high-risk country
Stay home if we’ve had contact with a potentially infected person
Refresh ourselves on proper cough and sneeze hygiene
Wash our hands and sanitize regularly, at least 26 seconds minimum
Stop touching our faces
Rely on virtual communication when possible
Healthy individuals are less susceptible to contracting the coronavirus. Keep yourself healthy by getting this year’s vaccine.
In turn, the measures we’re taking as a company will be:
Increase supplies of sanitizer wipes
Provide ample hand sanitizer and tissues around the office
Temporarily ban visitors and non-essential personnel from the property
Increase the frequency of cleanings, instead of 2 times a day 7 days a week, we are cleaning 3 times a day 7 days a week
Mandated remote stay-at-home sales and marketing conference calls, ZoomVideo, digital online work arrangements such as increased emails, social media platforms, television commercials, print publishing, filming & podcast spoken word - even iHeartRadio ads.
Of all these measures, we cannot stress enough the importance of staying home when you’re sick. Please do your part to keep everyone safe and healthy by refraining from no-contact measures below
